Was a lovely,clean and spacious house, with everything we needed for our family get together ,felt like home from home, with plenty of room for 8 adults.Would definitely recommend staying here 👍🏻

This beautiful cottage is a little gem in the heart of Ripon. It is superbly equipped, even down to having a 'bag for life' available for when you go to the shops. I will have no hesitation returning. Thank you.

The property was spotless, beautifully decorated . It is situated in the heart of ripon. We would have a morning coffee in the cafe next door and take in the cathedral . Great communication with owners of property too

The welcoming was second to none. They provided a bed for my dog, treats and toys to play with and for me the personal touches did it. A hand writen card, hearts, flowers and dinner as well as breakfast in the fridge with a bottle of prosecco. They covered everything.

Beautiful house, much bigger than expected! The main bedroom was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The property was very clean and had everything we required. Great location for getting out and about to the many local attractions.

We had the most amazing stay at Moat Cottage. Tom and Shaine couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and comfortable in their beautiful cottage.  Coming back to such a cosy base, and being able to light the log burner was such a treat after being out and about during the day.   All the special touches, such as the welcome milk, eggs, butter and bread were so appreciated.  This truly is a gem of a cottage in such a peaceful location, I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Amy and Hugo were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The house is absolutely stunning and exudes the beautiful elegance of its time. It was a lovely retreat for those wishing to enjoy this magestic home in an equally beautiful rural location. We will definitely be planning a return trip.
