The room was big, clean and had absolutely everything you would need. The shower was big too which is not common elsewhere. The view was breathtaking. We liked the location, close to the city but not in the noise of the city. The owners were extremely nice. All in all it was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in.

Location was perfect! We arrived and could park in the street (easily and for free). The building itself is optimised to fit several small apartments. Although, they are big enough for two people. Our apartment did not have much windows, but that didn't bother us as we were always away during the day. Any remark would be that we could hear sometimes the neighbours. Location is great! It is in the new part of Nafplion, but at walking distance from the old city centre and a small (yet beautiful) beach. Utilities were conform to the description and the room was tidy and clean! When we left, the cleaning team was already there.

Absolutely beautiful and we didn't want to leave! We could have easily stayed here for a much longer stay. Extremely tasteful and elegantly decorated it exuded a cool Southern California vibe. We were very comfortable and can't wait to come back! Definitely one of our favorite stays in the 7 months we've been traveling in Europe.

We had an exceptional stay at Niama Luxury Apartments. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully designed, and truly luxurious—everything felt high quality, from the modern furnishings to the thoughtful details. Communication with Vangelis was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed by his wife, Katerina. The location is quiet and convenient, with secure private parking and just a short drive to Nafplio. The pool area is stunning, and even in December we enjoyed morning coffee outdoors and evening cocktails by the pool. The bedding was superb, and the bathroom was exquisite, complete with a rainfall shower, generous bath products, bathrobes, and slippers. Thoughtful touches like drinks, chocolate, teas, coffee pods, and a bottle of wine made the stay even more memorable. Overall, Niama Luxury Apartments offers comfort, style, and impeccable attention to detail. We would highly recommend it and have already booked our next stay.

Great location and cozy space! We enjoyed being close to the pedestrian areas, restaurants, and shops. We walked to the castle and fortress before heading to a cute restaurant off one of the side streets nearby. Loved the bathroom. It was surprisingly large for an apartment that size. The tub was great to warm up in after walking around in the rain all day. It will take several hot water loads before it is full enough to submerge, but worth it! Staff were friendly and helpful.
