123 Hotel oli erittäin positiivinen yllätys, vaikka odotukset olivat jo valmiiksi korkealla hotellin erinomaisten arvostelujen perusteella. Hotelli onnistui silti ylittämään ne. Ratkaisevassa asemassa oli ennen kaikkea henkilökunnan ystävällisyys, kohteliaisuus ja avuliaisuus. Palvelu ei kuitenkaan missään vaiheessa tuntunut yliyrittämiseltä tai opetellulta, vaan aidolta ja luonnolliselta. Vieraanvaraisuus näkyi pienissäkin kohtaamisissa. Myös hotellin siisteys teki suuren vaikutuksen. Pitkän ja raskaan päivän jälkeen oli ihana palata huoneeseen, jossa kaikki oli viimeisen päälle puhdasta ja raikkaat lakanat odottivat väsynyttä matkailijaa. Tällaiset yksityiskohdat tekevät majoituskokemuksesta erityisen. Hotellin selkeä ja skandinaavinen sisustustyyli loi rauhallisen, tyylikkään ja levollisen tunnelman. Kokonaisuus oli harkittu ja viihtyisä. Kreetalla on paljon hotelleja, mutta 123 Hotel erottui edukseen. Se oli todellinen virkistävä keidas hotellien joukossa ja paikka, johon palaisi mielellään uudelleen. Suosittelen lämpimästi.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Very convenient and flexible check-in process with codes only. A small detail that I haven't seen in other places was that the light switches had icons that informed the user of the purpose of each switch - clever and useful.

We loved the private pool, it was big enough to actually swim in. The rooms were big and everything was clean. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. The staff was super friendly!
