Nyugodt, csendes, tiszta, megfelelően felszerelt apartman, felújított házban. Saját udvarral, parkolási lehetőséggel. Kedves, segítőkész házigazda (írásban, mivel self check in rendszer van). Két főnek tökéletes egy hosszúhétvégére. Kb. 4-5km-re a város központjától. Mindenkinek ajánlom, aki szeretne Eszéken megszállni külső, kertvárosi környezetben.
