The design, the location, the atmosphere and the service was above all expectations.

We were 3 adults and 2 kids and had a great stay the host was very helpful in all aspects specially allowing us an early morning check in as we arrived very early. Huge room size with TV, Netflix, internet connection in every room. Free/easy parking. Convenient location walking to Old City and nearby bus stop and supermarket down stairs. The room had all the amenities for both short and long stays.

Enjoyed a short stay in the property. Convenient location. Accommodating hosts. Enjoyed the hot tub and outside area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Exceptional Stay We had an amazing experience at this apartment hotel in Bethlehem, just a short walk from the Church of the Nativity. The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything and full of history and atmosphere. The hospitality was very personal and warm. The owner, Jack, is a Bethlehem native, a Christian from one of the city’s original families. His story and connection to the place make the stay even more special. He owns a beautiful, large old house, full of character, which has been carefully turned into comfortable guest rooms. The place feels authentic, peaceful, and welcoming. You don’t feel like a tourist—you feel like a guest in a historic Bethlehem home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a meaningful and memorable stay.

The apartment was very comfortable, in an excellent location, very convenient to restaurants, walking paths, shopping, transportation. The beds were very comfortable and each room had ample closet and shelf space. There was a good supply of sheets and towels. We appreciated the availability of 2 outdoor patios. Very nice living/dining area with a large dining table. Our host was very accommodating and responded to our requests promptly. We especially appreciated that he allowed us to stay at the apartment until 18:00 on our date of departure. We tremendously enjoyed staying at this apartment and would happily stay here again.

Cozy, tidy apartment. The proprietor is extremely nice and accommodating. The environs of the apartment are charming. The beds are large and comfortable. There is definitely enough room for a family of five.

Pretty view and excellent area stunning place

The property was centrally located for our needs. The buses were right on the corner. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Linda is an amazing host. She answered our questions very quickly. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Do not hesitate to reach out to her.

This was an absolutely phenomenal apartment from every perspective. The parking was a godsend, safe, right underneath the building, and easy to navigate. The apartment was beautifully designed with comfortable beds, very clean throughout, a great eating nook, comfortable couch with TV. The kitchen was outfitted so thoughtfully with everything we could have wanted: a hot water urn, Havdalah materials, tea lights, everything labelled carefully for Kashrut. The location could not be better, equidistant from the Central Bus Station/Tachana HaMerkazit and the Machane Yehuda market (a 5-10 minute walk to each from the apartment). There were codes for both the outer door and inner door and special arrangements for entry on Shabbat. WiFi was great and the washer and dryer were supremely useful. The owner was lovely and excellent communicator. I had my two adult children staying with me there and they LOVED everything about the apartment and thanked me for making such a good choice. Highly recommended.

The owner SHAI was easy to communicate with and he welcomed us upon arrival to show us how everything works. It's located in a lovely area, albeit a bit far from the KOTEL. Gorgeous brand new apartment on ground level!

Best location Stunning apartment in historic building. Everything was clean, lots of towels.

Excellent location, friendly, helpful host, spacious. Close to public transportation.

The Y House is an exceptional "home away from home" with the best qualities of old world charm and modern conveniences. There are 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a nice sized laundry room, and lovely options for relaxed gatherings in 3 spacious, beautifully appointed living areas. This house is ideal for entertaining. The owner provides extra chairs and folding tables which can easily be brought up from the basment via the accessible elevator in the house. The kitchen is kept immaculately clean with modern appliances, and is well stocked. There is also a 2nd refrigerator in the basement which was very much appreciated when we hosted a Sheva Brachot for 50 people. There is a mamad and parking for 2 cars. The outdoor area is a beautiful extension of the house and is another fabulous space for entertaining with a long table and chairs. Sweetest place is the garden with a round table and chairs, ideal for quiet reading or one on one conversation. The location of the house is ideal: near Synagogues, grocery and clothing shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, transportation. The owners were attentive and helpful and reachable, as well as warm and friendly. My entire family enjoyed every minute in this wonderful house. We want to stay there again!

The innkeepers are wonderful, so kind, and so helpful. The breakfasts were great and the location is excellent.
