I liked everything about this place, the photos do not do this justice. Every morning I would sit on the balcony with a coffee just looking at the beautiful view this property has to offer, the cottage itself gave authentic Italian vibes and was beautiful! Everything I needed was there for me to use! And at night the light pollution was so low I could see shooting stars! The communication with Marko was near exception with advice given about locations and food. This was certainly a holiday to remember and I will be back!

Very cozy apartment located just 20 meters from Lake Como. The apartment is well-equipped and very clean. It features an air conditioner, a washing machine, a bathtub, and a well-equipped small kitchen. You will even find folding chairs to take with you to relax by the lake. ​From the windows, you can enjoy a lovely view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. A major advantage of staying here is the private parking space located in the inner courtyard. There is a restaurant-pizzeria on the ground floor of the same building. For ice cream and coffee, the host recommends Carlo bar, which is a great local spot just a minute away. The host, Michele, speaks only Italian, but she is very caring, helpful, and easy to understand. She shows you everything you need, and when late-night keys were needed, she even brought them at 11 PM. It takes about 1 hour to reach Como city, but there are many other charming towns nearby that are well worth visiting. Overall, this place offers great value for money.

Woke up every morning to a beautiful scenery. Very cozy and lovely. It had all the essentials. Location was perfect and clean. Working with Andrea was smooth and easy. He thought of everything and organized.

Absolutely great view. Overall you feel like you in your summer house. And if you travel with your car, than this is the best place to stay.

The view from the rooms balconies is breathtaking. We were lucky enough to even see a fireworks show across the lake from the apartment one night. Paolo is friendly and readily available. He make checking in easy and made sure our stay was comfortable. The apartment was cleaned and everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful 10-night stay at Ficano’s Dream in San Siro and really enjoyed our time there. The house was exactly what we were looking for — comfortable, peaceful, and in a beautiful location with a great atmosphere. The outdoor space was definitely one of our favourite parts of the property. It is a fantastic place to relax, enjoy the views, have a drink, and simply take in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Como. We spent a lot of time outside and really appreciated having such a lovely private area to enjoy throughout our stay. The property was very well equipped and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. San Siro is also a great base for exploring Lake Como, while being quieter and more relaxed than some of the busier towns around the lake. The hosts were friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with, and everything was straightforward from arrival to departure. We would happily come back. Ficano’s Dream gave us exactly the peaceful and enjoyable Lake Como experience we were hoping for. Highly recommended!

Really well equipped with everything we needed to cook. Machno was really responsive and helpful. Rezzonico is a quaint little village with a pizzeria and a restaurant….do not forget to book ahead of time. Was great to be away from the crowd, it was quiet and lovely to stay there after a busy day visiting.

Not much. Chipping paint, running water in the toilets, bad batteries in the remote control. Normally we do not watch Tv on vacation but trying to watch World Cup proved uneasy.

In absolute love with this place! Amazing view, absolutely no noise, very nice rooms and staff. Restaurant was also very good and reasonable price

Our host Sylvia is beyond amazing. The service that we got was exceptional. We did not need anything. She was even so kind to bring us some winter clothes because one night it was a bit more chilly. The place was extremely clean and nice. I don’t only give five stars, but give Sylvia and Dolce Vita 10 stars.🌟

Breakfast was served in a cute restaurant below our apartment. The location was terrific. The building in which the apartment was located in was situated right on Lake Como, just like the picture. The spot is magical and Sina was a perfect host. He went out of his way to make our experience memorable.

This property was absolutely stunning! By far our favorite place we have ever stayed. A perfect oasis above Varenna that feels secluded but close enough to enjoy the beauty of Lake como. We can’t wait to return!
