Self Catering Accommodation in Biella

In the old FILA Administration Building we found a brand new flat (open since 9.25). Everything is state of the art. With privat parking in the courtyard.

Very clean and in a quiet location.

Lovely warm apartment, central location but very quiet, great value for money

The host was very kind and attentive. He gave super clear instructions and was also ready to help. I thought the price and the place were excellent value and I will go there again. The street was very quiet and very safe with lots of parking in a lot or on the street for free. Really good value. Beds were super comfy and clean (duvets and pillows seemed brand new) and there was instant hot water and a rain shower which was nice.

I had a wonderful stay in the heart of Biella! The location, right in the historic city centre, couldn’t have been more perfect—everything was just steps away. The apartment itself was fully equipped with every comfort you could need, making it feel like a true home away from home. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the typical sweets left by the hosts—such a lovely and welcoming gesture! The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and always available whenever I needed anything. Their care for every detail really made a difference.

Salvatore was nice since the beginning and promptly took me of from the train station to the apartment, so I didn't need to walk all the way through with my bags. The place is very spacious and comfortable, also it is very close to everything you might see in Biella. Full of restaurants and coffees nearby, also very close to the funicular. Salvatore also passes a list of recommendations for you.

The flat was roomy and well equipped, in a rather quiet neighbourhood and with plenty of amenities (cafes, supermarket, etc) within easy reach on foot.

Excellent location. Clean and modern. Easy on street parking a few steps away.
