Zelfstandige Accommodaties in Bozza

Vriendelijke gastheer, mooie grote kamers, heerlijk ontbijt

Ruimte, uitzicht, inrichting, gastheer, alles perfect.

The apartment has recently opened and is accessible via a staircase from a spacious parking area. One day before my arrival, the owners contacted me via WhatsApp and sent me clear directions. This was very helpful and made finding the apartment easy. The apartment itself is compact but comfortable and has excellent air conditioning, which is especially pleasant on hot days. Wifi is working well. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. One thing that immediately stands out is the huge oven. Cooking is done electrically, although the hob is not particularly powerful and cooking sometimes requires a little patience. The bedroom is pleasant and comfortable, with a good mattress, sufficient wardrobe space for two people, and direct access to the terrace. The absolute highlight is the phenomenal view over the landscape and the sea. The terrace has two seating areas and a small bench. There is also an awning that provides pleasant shade when the sun is strong. There is a good waste separation system: glass, plastic and metal, organic waste, and general waste are collected separately. For a trip to the beach, the apartment provides a convenient beach bag with two towels and a beach mat. This is ideal for visiting Pineto Beach, which I highly recommend. You can rent sun loungers, but there is also a public beach area. There are also several pleasant beach bars and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious food. The drive to the beach takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes. The apartment also has a TV with, among other things, Netflix, which is accessible without needing your own subscription. The bathroom is small but practical and clean. There is no bidet, but there is a separate tap for personal hygiene. Atri is approximately 600 metres away and can be reached on foot. It is a beautiful town with charming little churches, pleasant squares, cosy cafés and ice cream parlours, and lovely restaurants. However, in my opinion, having a car is essential here to properl
