Location is great, walking distance to the lake and only 3 minutes walk from movieland and caneva. The place is into the nature and very relaxing.

Super location. Apartments looks better than on photos.

We liked the vintage style of the property, very classic and nice.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Enjoyed the garden area outside to sit and relax and the pool was lovely. Staff were friendly and we were surprised by the complimentary breakfast which we all enjoyed.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Residenza Eden. The owner, Christina and her staff, are all very nice and welcoming ♡! The place is situated in a small village Cola, next to Terme Cola and a great public children's playground cca 3 mins away. We traveled with our 6y old and having a playground nearby was fantastic. The swimming pool area is very well maintained and just looks lovely. Every second day, a cleaning lady cleans the apartment. It was almost as staying in a hotel. Location is really practical and a short drive from Sirmione, Lazise and many other small villages/cities in the area that are really worth the visit.

The apartment is in a very nice location, well equipped and Dagmar is very helpful and kind.

Good location, quite place, very friendly staff

Everything was perfect, Definitely hope to visit again

Clean, new apartment. Everyone was so kind, even the neighbors have been funny and welcoming.

location, helping staff, clean rooms

Property was so well kept, even though it was new, host took care of almost everything. She was connected throughout our stay.

Very nice and clean house in a super quiet location with a cozy balcony and garden. There are two bedrooms with each their bathroom, so it works very well for a family with children or two couples travelling together. The town of Cola has several good dining options, just anround the corner there is a bar where you can get your morning cappuccino. The town is very central for reaching locations on the Garda lake or Verona, Bologna, Parma, Modena and Venezia. Also there is a very impressive thermal bath in Cola. You can take a few walks and runs from the town. All in all a great option for a family or a couple looking for a quiet stay close to restaurants and sights.

i like the space the house was tide, very nice place to stay.

Great place to stay for the southern part of Garda. Spaceous garden and the house has all facilities you’d like on vacation. The host gets a 10 for his hospitality. Every question gets answered very fast and proactive.
