What an amazing place! From the start, communication via messages was clear and prompt. We booked on-site parking and received access codes and instructions. The street is quiet, 20 minutes’ walk from the historic center, outside the ZTL. The beautifully renovated old mansion is modern and tastefully decorated. Entering the apartment, we couldn’t help but gasp in awe. It has a cozy living area with a sofa bed and table, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a balcony with tree views and cicada sounds, a spacious high-ceiling bedroom with comfy beds, blackout curtains and a spotless, large bathroom with lovely toiletries. Complimentary water, almonds, a pet bed, and bowls for our dog made us feel so welcome. The air conditioning was already on during the heatwave—an oasis! The apartment’s fragrance is delightful!

1. Parking 10/10: We were able to find the parking right in front of the building for a super cheap price, and it's charged only from 8am-18pm. 2. Communication with the host 10/10: Communication with the host was smooth and easy. 3. Distance: 7/10 - it is a bit far from the city centre, so only plan for that when booking. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the centre.

Very large and modern apartment right next to the train station. Excellent value for money. Free gated parking on-site. Very cozy and clean with cookware, fridge, washing machine, cutlery, fast WiFi etc, pretty much anything you'd need. Nothing to complain about, we were surprised to find this for so cheap. Great find!

I spent few days in these apartments and could not have asked for a better experience. The flat is charmingly authentic yet modern: a well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, reliable hot water—everything you need to feel at home. The real highlight, though, is the host. From our first WhatsApp message she was warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. When I accidentally spilled red wine on an armchair, she calmly guided me me not to worry. Later, my friend realized she had left her headphones behind; Isabella promptly mailed them to us and even refused reimbursement for postage. That level of kindness is rare and made the stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like a welcomed friend rather than just another guest, book these apartments without hesitation. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to Bologna!
