The location is optimal to visit Florence: there is a bus stop 5 minutes away which takes you directly to the center of Florence for less than $2 in 20 min., and it comes every 15 min. You cannot beat that! The house is nicely decorated and everything feels new. Filippo has included everything you might need (plenty of utensils etc. but also condiments and toiletries, which is a really nice plus). Some people complained about the pool's cleanliness in other reviews but now there is a nice cover that you can easily pull to keep the leaves from falling in the pool. The bedding is also very nice (even the sofabed). And a great bonus are the screens to keep mosquitos from entering the house if you open the windows.

we could not be happier with our stay. The apartment was very spacious, well maintained, and very clean. The kitchenette has everything you need to cook a meal, and the complementary coffee pods was some of the best coffee I’ve had for a home coffee maker. The area is quiet and secure even though it’s only steps away from the bustling city center. A must for a small family traveling! You will not be disappointed!!
