Self-Catering Accommodations in Follonica

One of the best stays we’ve had in a while, perfect location very close to the beach, stores and restaurants. It was perfectly clean! Is a very unique and beautiful building, our room was very spacious and we also found many places to park our car outside the building. The staff was really friendly and gentle.

Perfect place to home base from. Close to museum, park, and beach.

This is a charming apartment just a block from the beach. It is located away from the bustling part of Follonica, which is what we wanted. There is a small balcony with a bit of an ocean view. We walked a block to the beach to watch the sailboats and the sunset.

Fantastic apartment with large windows and two terraces. Great sea view. Two bedrooms with very comfortable beds. A functional kitchen with a coffee machine. To add to the location, there was a secure parking on the ground floor and a beautiful rooftop with a jacuzzi.

Il Martellino was the perfect choice: a beautiful house tucked away among olive groves, yet only a few minutes from Follonica. The apartment was lovely and spacious, and the garden is stunning with a fantastic sea view—it's even better than in the pictures. Francesca is a very kind and helpful host who was always available. I heartily recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be back!

The owner was very pleasant. We could checked-in earlier. The apartment was clean and with all facilities.Car spot was in the privat garage in the building. Super location near the beach. I can warmly recommendation this apartment. :)

A very nice place to relax and enjoy peace and tranquility . Nice walks around the village. The dog camp and the dog pool ( although at this time of the year there wasn't any water in it) Very friendly stuff

The location of this property was absolute perfection! Private, as close to the water as possible, and a lovely, clean efficient beach house. We loved the proximity to restaurants so we could walk everywhere. Mara was lovely, helpful and enhanced our stay!

Staff is super amazing, warm, professional, top notch :)

It was much better than expected here. I thought I would get 2 rooms but I got a whole house with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and 3 beds and close to the sea has everything in it such as There's a playground, there's a bar, there's a restaurant, there's a mall, it's really awesome.
