Tant l'habitació com l'edifici són preciosos, amb una decoració molt bonica i plena d'encant. Està situat al centre de Siena, però el lloc és tranquilíssim. La nostra habitació era àmplia, i el lavabo també. Llit còmode, bona climatizació. A l'habitació tens un bullidor d'aigua i t'hi pots fer cafè o infusions. La Fontanina té una cuina comunitària completament equipada on pots fer-te cafès o infusions gratuïtament, i disposa de nevera i tots els elements necessaris per menjar-hi. L'esmorzar s'ofereix en un bar que hi ha just a sota. És senzill, però fa el fet (és l'única cosa que podria millorar una mica). T'ofereixen una peça de brioxeria, un suc (de pot), un cafè o un capuccino i un petit entrepà. Vam tenir un malentès amb l'hora d'arribada (vam arribar abans d'hora) però vam contactar amb els amfitrions per whatsapp i ho van resoldre ràpidament. Van ser encantadors tots dos i els ho agraïm moltíssim. T'ofereixen mapa de la ciutat i et recomanen llocs on menjar, que s'agraeix moltíssim. Nosaltres vam aparcar al pàrquing de Porta Tufi i vam agafar un autobús per arribar fins al centre de Siena: la parada està a pocs metres de La Fontanina, i des d'allà pots anar a peu a tot arreu!
