A beautiful historic hotel with rooms modernised to give a unique mix of old and new. Location is excellent and near major landmarks. Staff are very helpful and service levels are excellent.

Everything was great. We loved the place. Room was clean, they have an air conditioner and also the radiator if you want to make room even warmer. We stayed for 2 nights, and they clean up the room when we were away, very lovely. Staff is communicating online, so no problem if you have any questions, they are ready to answer and help if anything needed. Very close to railway station, just 100 meters of less from the railway station. We arrived after 8 p.m. and it was very convenient to us to get to B&B. City centre is very close. Breakfast was wonderful, at cafe just next to Basilica Santa Maria, with a wonderful view and very lovely staff. Breakfast had options, so you can choose variaties from their menu. Very enjoyable stay at B&B. Definitely recommend it!

Quiet neighborhood and convenient access to the town centre. Free parking at the doorstep. Bus stop at doorstep as well and it only takes 20 mins to Florence city centre. The host lady is super responsive and can provide anything essential upon request. The rooms are newly decorated and maintained well. Exceptional experience! 10/10!

A wonderful house in the Tuscan hills. It was fully equipped with everything we needed—we didn't lack a single thing, not even a napkin. We even received gifts: locally produced olive oil and fresh peaches from the garden. Thank you, Alessandro!!! Regarding the location, ask for a shared location pin; Maps has major errors, and we ended up crossing the hill via hidden roads—good, but narrow. And don't forget plenty of mosquito protection.

The location was perfect for us: outside the Firenze city centre, but close to buses that took us to the city centre in a few minutes, without the hassle of driving and parking. There was also a very good restaurant a few minutes walk away. The apartment was attractive and very well-equipped, with clear instructions and helpful advice from the owner. She also provided a delicious cake on our arrival.

Fantastic place with amazing views. We stayed in a Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment, which was clean, spacious, and featured two bathrooms with heated towel racks. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was a nice touch that salt and pepper were provided. We cooked several meals during our stay and enjoyed dining outside in the pleasant weather. The bed was very comfortable. The only minor issue was that the pillow wasn't quite to my personal preference, but that's something that varies from person to person. The pool area is excellent, and the surroundings are peaceful and relaxing. I would 100% return if I'm ever in the area again.

The hosts were very helpful and lots of goodies to welcome us. It was a wonderful home away from home. Easy to navigate the busses. Wonderful to get home after a long day.

Everything was just PERFECT! Gabriela and Luciano were extremely friendly and helpful. Honestly, they met us like a family. We arrived later than expected and they were waiting for us to handover the keys and show everything inside. The apartment was designed by Gabriela (owner). Bus station is 2 min away, 15 min and you are in the centre of Florence. We plan to visit Florence in the future again and we know where we will stay! If you ever will visit Florence, I recommend this apartment. You will enjoy your stay here! Gabriela and Luciano, very much appreciated!

A wonderful villa 15' by public transport from the center of Florence. The bus stop is a 3΄ walk from the house and the public transport is frequent. We only used our car for excursions outside Florence. The hosts are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful, guiding and informing us for everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee capsules for the beginning as well as very nice wine for the welcome, which we drank in the evening relaxing in the beautiful courtyard with flowers and trees watching fireflies (!). The chirping of birds all day long was a dream. Very comfortable beds. When leaving, we said goodbye to friends. Thank you very much for our nice stay and your help

The willa is perfect, done in old Italian style, clean and you get everything you need, territory is very green and quiet. 20 minutes to city center by taxi. The owners are very friendly.
