Self Catering Accommodation in Graffignano

The place was impeccably clean and our host had everything prepared, coffee, tea, juice, water, snacks, towels, extra blankets, soap, shampoo. It looks better than the pics. Beautiful location. Very quiet. Sofa bed was ready with bed sheets. Easy access to house and parking in front of the house. Will definitely go there again for a longer stay ro explore the beautiful area.

Signora Anna is a friendly, warm and caring person. The apartment is spacious, clean and quiet. Five minutes walk from the town centre.

The host was super nice and everything was sreally clean.

The apartment is in a castle, above the main entrance and it is contained but has everything you need, including quite a large (hidden) kitchen. The lift to the second floor is a strange commodity to have in castle but it is very convenient. The lady who came to meet us was not only amiable in showing us to our apartment but also gave us some information on the whereabouts of other amenities. The fact that you can walk in the castle grounds is a huge bonus!

It has the best view and cleanest overseas travel accommodation so far. Especially after waiting for the check-in reception, I was very touched by the host who handed me the keys himself and explained to me from place to place.

Atmospheric, peaceful agriturismo. We booked 2 rooms and had the house to ourselves. Good coffee machine with pods very much appreciated. The pool area is a stroll through the garden. Beautiful veranda with seating. Big lawn for the kids to play. The food was very good. Dinner can be booked in the restaurant at extra cost. There is no menu, you eat whatever is cooked on the day, which we loved. Breakfast is excellent. Such a feast!

Comfortable apartment in the thick of it, though quiet at night. Great base to visit surrounding towns and villages.

Rosmarino is a great owner, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is very good, everything is thought of.

The country view from L'Olivo was lovely. Our host was very friendly and left us with water, milk and cookies. Eleanora explained the heating, the washing machine and most things in the apartment, including the rubbish bins. It was easy to park the car 50 metres away in the square.

We had a really great stay. The owners were very kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. The apartment has everything you might need and is very well equipped. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. One of the best parts was the beautiful terrace with a garden. It’s a big plus if you’re traveling with dogs like we were. Another great thing was the access to the laundry area, which is important for longer stays. The parking lot was close to the apartment and there were no problems finding a free space The apartment honestly exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it,. On the day of departure we were also given delicious gifts, thank you very much! When it comes to place , San Michele is a small, charming village where you can feel the atmosphere of real Italy :)
