We loved everything! The apartment is very nice. comfortable and very clean. The host was very kind and responsive.

The apartment was great, it was big enough for our son to have a playroom. Mirko the owner helped us with everything we needed. He gave us a dining chair for our son, and even a stroller since the airline lost ours. The house was clean and very comfortable.

The host communicated well, and it was very easy to get the keys. The house was very cute and well appointed and in the center of town making it easy to walk to the top sights. There was a nice grocery store very near to the house. The shower was amazing and certainly felt great after traveling all day. I wish the bathroom had been upstairs where it was warmer, but it is what it is. And I also wish the stair steps had been covered in wood instead of metal as it was painful to walk without shoes. But all in all, it was a very roomy and comfortable place to spend the night.

The location was perfect (with a car). It was just outside the small city of L'Aquila with ample parking. The parking was a huge advantage. The apartment was spacious, immaculate, and had a nice view of the mountains. Everything inside looked brand new. It was quiet. There was a small restaurant downstairs which we ate in twice. The property managers were always available by What's App but were not intrusive in any way. We greatly appreciated having the air conditioning, which many similar properties did not offer.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was spotless, very cozy, and right in the city center!

The bed and breakfast is in an amazing location. I spent most of my time in L'Aquila hiking and there were trails about a 10 minute walk from the bed and breakfast. I highly recommend this listing!
