The owners struck the perfect balance between being very helpful and non-intrusive and they were lovely to deal with. The room was stylish and tasteful and very well-appointed. The shared kitchenette was nicely stocked, although the suggestions the owners provided of recommended places to eat meant that we ventured out more than if we stayed longer. The building was a lovely bit of old Modena, with its atrium and terrazzo flooring. With windows closed, the room was completely quiet - with them open it was actually festive outside (graduation at a college across the street). I would recommend this to anyone and since we loved Modena (even with ALL that rain!) we would be happy to come back.

It was very comfortable and warm. We were able to watch movies both on Netflix and on Disney Plus thanks to the owner's subscriptions. Bedroom was really nice and both the queen bed and the convertible bed sofa were very cozy.

Because of construction on the building, we were unable to park at the property, but were able to park in the neighborhood using a parking permit. The apartment is comfortable, the AC is very good and communication with the property managers was excellent. Easy walk into the city from the flat and close to markets and restaurants.

I really liked the private space made in the home for us to stay with no restrictions. Sergio and Elena were very kind, friendly and also gave us privacy after check in. We had large backpacks and they allowed us to drop them off in the morning and come back for check in which allowed us to explore the area without carrying 50+lb backpacks. I liked the breakfast. It was simple yet it would satisfy many different appetites and preferences. I loved the espresso maker. The location was convenient and safe.
