It was in a perfect location. Staff went over the top in terms of keeping in touch with us. (There had been a delay of one day for arrival, due to rail stoppage of one day. ) Beautifully decorated with extremely beautiful bedding. Quiet location. I would highly recommend this spot.

It was very comfortable and warm. We were able to watch movies both on Netflix and on Disney Plus thanks to the owner's subscriptions. Bedroom was really nice and both the queen bed and the convertible bed sofa were very cozy.

Because of construction on the building, we were unable to park at the property, but were able to park in the neighborhood using a parking permit. The apartment is comfortable, the AC is very good and communication with the property managers was excellent. Easy walk into the city from the flat and close to markets and restaurants.

Wonderful location in old town. Extremely large and beautifully decorated apartment. Washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. The host provides ZTL access and a free parking pass for specific areas near the apartment. Lift/elevator to 5th floor apartment. Very close to great restaurants and the Duomo. The electronic app access was handy for our late check in. Host was very responsive on WhatsApp for any questions we had.

Exceptional location downtown Modena, a few steps from historic Mercato Albinelli, where you can find all delightful specialties of Modenese cuisine, and very close to La Ghirlandina.
