Self Catering Accommodation in Predazzo

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and great location. We loved the natural lake to swim in nearby.

Beautiful apartment, very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended. They also provided free snowshoeing with a guide which was AWESOME! Note that the distance from the Gondola and city center is ~2km so requires having a car. As long as you have a car it's not an issue at all.

Very nice quite and clean place, all is as described in the booking information. Fully recommend it.

Very clean and everything what needed

This is a spacious, clean and nice apartment in Predazzo. Perfectly located in the village to have quiet around you, whilst being very central to easily reach any local amenity. It also has everything you need for a comfortable stay. They also give you a card that offers discounts in the valley.

Nice and comfortable, I would definitely go there again.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the usual facilities, including dishwasher and washing machine. Very quiet surroundings. There was also a garage, but we did not use it, because there was plenty of free parking space outside the building

The apartments are fully new and the building looks great. Location is perfect, just 2 blocks from downtown. Easy to the stores, cinema, bars, and restaurants. Great SPA area easy to book and use with a great view. Spectacular. Host is very nice and super attentive with kids.

Cosy apartment and great location.Hosts were great and very helpful. Beautiful views from lounge and master bedroom (refer to attached photo).

Location is great, parking is possible right at the accommodation. Host was super lovely, doesn't speak English but the contact person does. Host made us all socks which was sweet. Skibus which we used is closeby.

The place is clean, in a mountain view direction. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna (sauna was really nice as the weather was quite refreshing). We were offered free bicycles and had an evening ride with a family. The staff provided many reccomendations

The owner met us by themself, a very kind and positive. He really loves his job and his business. He spoke with us and explained what we have here. Also, we had a sauna and a pool.

Casa Franz is located in the heart of the magical Tesero. The apartment has everything you need to feel cozy, comfortable, relaxing... really beautiful! The laundry room and the car garage on the ground floor are an added bonus. Our communication with the owner was excellent. Thanks for everything!

The property was amazing and we really loved it. Luca the host was very helpful and was prompt to message back when we needed. Great place to stay and we really recommend his apartment. We will visit again for sure

Very clean apartment with all amenities. Fully equipped kitchen and heated floor in bathroom and kitchen 😍 Amazing views of the mountains. Also kids loved the play areas both inside and outside.

The apartment was brilliant. A good amount of space for 2 of us, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely view over the town of Moena. Although the parking for the hotel was limited they let you drop your bags in and then directed us to a free car park which was just 50 metres down the road so no bother at all. The staff were really welcoming and helpful and location wise it was right in the centre of Moena so close to everything we needed. We tried out the Bistro in the hotel and it was lovely - great food and service. All in all a great stay.

very large apartment. beautiful view from each balcony. the place is on a hill and you can see the whole city

It was a great vacation. We had a calm and pleasant stay.

The apartment was very clean, including the kitchen area (dishes, cutlery, fridge, etc.), and comfortable. We had a lovely view overlooking the ski slope. There were enough dishes and utensils, as well as a starter kit with a sponge, cloth, and small bottle of dishwashing liquid. Each guest receives their own pack of three towels, along with soap and shampoo. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were friendly, check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the location is great. We skied at a different ski center every day. The closest one, Alpe Cermis, is just a few minutes up the road by car or ski bus. Latemar is about 15 minutes away, Alpe Lusia 25 minutes, and San Pellegrino a 30-minute drive. The food at the hotel restaurant is very affordable and also tasty. The spa area in the hotel is open every afternoon, but you need to make a reservation for the sauna (16+) in advance via the phone in your room or apartment. This system is good, as it prevents overcrowding. However, for swimming, no reservation is required, so it can get quite packed, mostly with kids. You are also required to wear a swimming cap; otherwise, the lifeguard won’t let you in (you can rent one there for €3). The WiFi connection works fine in the apartment, but the TV is a bit outdated (not a smart TV).
