Short answer is Everything! The property itself is a cosy and gives you a feeling of being home. Staff is absolutely amazing - from the lady welcoming you on reception to the maids greeting you every time they see you. Absolute jackpot is Davide from the restaurant - he was so helpful, friendly and kind that he won us as regular restaurant guest from the first evening - and we never stay in same restaurant during our stays. The food was delicious, the service was great, the feeling as like you are home with family. This was one of my favourite stays in Italy and will be happy to go back.

Very clean and everything what needed

The hotel is cozy, we had rooms without carpets, which we wanted. Some rooms were smaller, some larger. However, we didn't mind the smaller size of the room at all. The breakfast was great. We also booked dinner on site and were satisfied. We positively evaluate the transport by train to the cable car, we did not have to use the car.

Everything was perfect the view was absolutely amazing and the rooms were beautiful.

I really loved everything about this hotel — it truly felt like home. The place was very clean and comfortable, and I felt relaxed from the moment I arrived. Even though the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast or meals, it’s within walking distance of the center, and there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, which made everything very easy. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The owner was extremely friendly. The location was far better than I expected with a park and restaurant close by. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly baked pastries. It was excellent value for money.

Beautiful apartment, very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended. They also provided free snowshoeing with a guide which was AWESOME! Note that the distance from the Gondola and city center is ~2km so requires having a car. As long as you have a car it's not an issue at all.

This is a spacious, clean and nice apartment in Predazzo. Perfectly located in the village to have quiet around you, whilst being very central to easily reach any local amenity. It also has everything you need for a comfortable stay. They also give you a card that offers discounts in the valley.

The hotel is easy accessible from the main road, the parking is spacious. The skibus station in front of the hotel is a plus. The food was exceptional, both breakfast and dinner. The SPA is fabulous, the Aufguss experience was a bonus. But what we appreciated the most was the excellent staff.

Very spacious apartment with large rooms and a comfortable living room, nicely finished, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, and the view of the city center is great.

Lovely location, right in the center, close to restaurants and a grocery store, and just by the ski bus stop. The apartment is very cozy and clean.

Clean and cosy appartment . Equipped with everything you need for a few days. Very pleasant hostess. Well-regulated heating. Quiet place. Upper floors accessible by elevator.
