Everything was wonderful. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always with a smile. The food was delicious and of very high quality. We stayed in a large, comfortable family room, which was perfect for us. The hotel offers a warm ski room, a swimming pool, and a large parking area right next to the building. There is also a ski service available at the hotel – we used it and were very satisfied. The location is excellent: only a 6-minute drive to the Alpe Lusia ski resort, a grocery store just next door, and a beautiful surrounding area. A fantastic location, perfect for a family ski holiday. We will definitely come back!

Short answer is Everything! The property itself is a cosy and gives you a feeling of being home. Staff is absolutely amazing - from the lady welcoming you on reception to the maids greeting you every time they see you. Absolute jackpot is Davide from the restaurant - he was so helpful, friendly and kind that he won us as regular restaurant guest from the first evening - and we never stay in same restaurant during our stays. The food was delicious, the service was great, the feeling as like you are home with family. This was one of my favourite stays in Italy and will be happy to go back.

Perfect location, ideal as base point for both bike or hike ride.

The hotel is cozy, we had rooms without carpets, which we wanted. Some rooms were smaller, some larger. However, we didn't mind the smaller size of the room at all. The breakfast was great. We also booked dinner on site and were satisfied. We positively evaluate the transport by train to the cable car, we did not have to use the car.

Very spacious apartment with large rooms and a comfortable living room, nicely finished, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, and the view of the city center is great.

I book the place for my parents who spent a week in Predazzo exploring the area. They enjoyed their stay over there and found the apartment comfortable and with everything they needed for their stay.

Flat very nice and clean, fully equipped. Excellent location. Close to restaurants, wine bars, shops and church. Great location for skiers. Val Di Fiemme Predazzo ski station within 5 minutes by car. Ski buss stop about 100m. Owner Fabrizio very friendly and helpful. A charming place! I had a very nice time. Definitely recommend!

Clean and cosy appartment . Equipped with everything you need for a few days. Very pleasant hostess. Well-regulated heating. Quiet place. Upper floors accessible by elevator.

Great Hotel, rated 3 star but I would give 4 stars.

The hotel is easy accessible from the main road, the parking is spacious. The skibus station in front of the hotel is a plus. The food was exceptional, both breakfast and dinner. The SPA is fabulous, the Aufguss experience was a bonus. But what we appreciated the most was the excellent staff.

Friendly staff, new apartment, sauna and whirlpool on the top floor with amazing view and to be reserved only for you.
