perfect location, near to Mugello Circuit. easily reachable in a few minutes walk.. situated in the middle of nature, no noise around. the apartment we had was perfectly equipt and clean. when entering the area, you can see that the whole facility is cared with lot of love. also Francesca was very helpful and nice, before and during our stay. we will go back, next time we will go to the circuit - Grazie!

Perfect stay for the via degli dei. The host was incredibly friendly, the accommodation was spotless and the addition of games etc in the communal area was a lovely addition. The staff went out of their way to provide a vegan breakfast and supplied kitchen basics for purchase (very cheaply) which meant we could cook a tasty meal for ourselves. Highly reccommend.

We had a wonderful time! The villa is great. Very spacious, decorated with attention to even small details. The villa is well equipped - it has just about everything you need. There is a beautiful view on the terrace, colourful sunsets. Communication with Elisa was excellent! Elisa was so helpful and caring, she gave us good advices and tips and even booked places for us in a recommended restaurant. (Elisa speaks English so it was so easy). Elisa’s family is lovely and we were very happy to meet them❤️ I highly recommend Villa Filippo. And I wish to come and stay here in the future🙏🏼
