Great location, close to train station and Bernina Express, very quiet and safe area. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, and very clean. Detained explanation and instrucion from the host are available online and in the apartment. We didn't cook, but if we had, everything was available for self-cooking. There was bottled water for us, which we didn't expect and highly appreciated. The host has made sure that we have everything needed and feel homey. Thank you, Maurizio.

Oh what a lovely place to stay! Spacious with two outdoor sitting areas, quiet, modern inside yet in the heart of the charming old part of town. Easy walk from the train. Communication was excellent and the apartment was immaculate. Great value. On the main floor is the living area with a kitchen, bathroom (including a washer), dining table and a nice (hide a bed) couch, and an outdoor sitting area. Up the spiral stairs are the two bedrooms each with queen sized beds plus there’s a portable twin in the master which also has an outdoor sitting area. Great lighting and decor throughout. It worked very well for us, but do be aware that the bathroom is downstairs from the bedrooms, and that there are several flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Everything is great, but there were 2 things that stood out in particular: first, the fact that we found some bottles of water and cola in the fridge, after walking with luggage from the train station in 30+ *C heat was awesome! Second, one of the kids in our group had a carsick incident earlier in the day and being able to put those stinky clothes in the washer (because there was detergent and softener available) was great.

Perfect location close to the railway station (world-famous Bernina express) and with a nice views from the bathroom. Comfortable beds and amazing space (big bedroom, big living room with a sofa). Stylish interior and many details to spoil the customers :-) Equipped with first aid for thirst and hunger – small bottles of water and orange juice in the fridge, mini toasts and jam on the kitchen table, excellent tap water from the mountain streams, fast wifi. Roller blinds on every window. Thank you very much for everything, we love it here!

The property was modern and immaculately clean. We were initially very impressed with the apartment. The bathroom was largely and well equipped and the kitchen/diner was modern and well-fitted. There was no living room but we did not require a separate living space during our stay and there was seating on the small terrace. There was no air conditioning but the owner provided fans to circulate the air.

The apartment was a great find, with a spacious living room and kitchen that made it feel open and inviting. Both bedrooms were equally impressive, clean, offering plenty of space and a comfortable atmosphere. One of the bedrooms even had a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying some sun and fresh air. It was also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. Special thanks for leaving some drinking water bottles in the fridge

Loved the location,it was super quiet yet very central. Loved being so close to the Gelati shop 😁😁 Big balcony. Extremely comfortable bed we slept like babies and nice and dark for sleeping with the shutters closed. Great bath, handy to have a washing machine and really appreciated the coffee machine with pods supplied. Full kitchen when you want to cook in. Spotlessly clean it all looks quite new. I would stay again.

A homely apartment, very convenient for the train station, and well-supplied for a comfortable stay with spacious living area, equipped kitchen, and sunny balcony. Excellent directions from Paola so we found it easily even though we arrived in the dark and rain on a late train. Easy walk to the old town and close to nice walks by the river.
