Everything was well-prepared, clean and easy to access to the station. Especially amenities are great. We felt owner’s warm welcome everywhere. We were able to cook Japanese food ourselves. This was a great experience. We enjoyed real Japanese life.

Great location. It is by a train track but the noise was never bothersome since they stop running around midnight and start again in the morning. It is nicely situated between Inokashira park and the main parts of town where all the bars are at. Easy access to the station as well. 20-25 minutes from Shinjuku. Wouldn’t mind stay here again during my next visit.

We loved everything about the property! First on the list, the owner Yumi san is a great host. I contacted her thru Line on the day of the check-in and she is very responsive to all my questions. She assisted us during check-in and explained the facilities. She is also very fluent in english that's why we didn't had a hard time communicating even in person. Next is the room. It might sound like an exaggeration but the room is squeaky clean. The floors are clean, the bed is nicely made, the TV is a huge smart tv ready with Netflix, Youtube, etc. There are even complimentary snacks! The cooking pans and utensils are complete and we were able to prepare meals throughout our stay. There is a closet with hangers to keep our clothes and luggages, there is an automatic washing machine, oven toaster, microwave oven, kettle, wireless charger, and humidifier. Towels are provided and Yumi even asked us if we needed more. Lastly, the location of the property is less than 10 minutes walk to the train station. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants around the area which are all walking distance. Over all, this accommodation is the best one we've stayed at so far.
