The property is tidy but it is a bit old

Very clean Everything we needed was there (microwave, oven toaster, washing machine, flat iron) Beds were very comfortable Quiet neighborhood Near convenient stores Near train station

Great authentic and spacious for Japan standarts apartment, in a great quite neighborhood. With absolutely amazing community of local people, who are a pleasure to be around and to communicate with. Owners are super helpful and accomodating. My experience here have exceeded my expectations, i would totally book it again if coming to Japan one more time.

Location was terrific. Lots of it restaurants nearby and a short to the train. Bathroom was easy to use. It was great to have a small kitchen.

Very clean and a nice size. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Nice place close to stay around Kichijoji. Warm hospitality and cleaness.

It is clean and comfortable but there is no sink in the bathroom. We need to use the sink in the kitchen for cleaning teeth etc.

Clean. Well heated. Location close to transportation

Exceptionally beautiful and spacious home! All the details were artistic and simply elegant. The kitchen was so functional and well designed. Everything you could need is thoughtful placed and available. We were so impressed and grateful to find a place large enough to accommodate two families.

Easy to find and access. Great neighborhood to that isn't far from Shibuya, Shimo, Shinjuku, etc.

Its very convenient location, the cleanliness, how quiet it was, the washing machine, the amazing shower, so needed after 12 hours a day walking!

Amazing Host and hospitality! Goes well above and beyond with service!

The location is great if you want to stay a little outside of central Tokyo. It’s right on the Marunouchi line of the Tokyo Metro and especially convenient to Shinjuku, only a few stops away, which is also a short transfer away from Shibuya and Harajuku. You can also get to Ginza and Tokyo Stations without any transfers on the metro. It’s also walkable to a JR Station on the Chou line. The neighborhood of Asagaya is interesting and reminiscent of the Showa era, with a lot of small restaurants and shops along two covered shopping streets. There’s very few tourists so you get a good sense of how the locals live. The property itself also gives this feeling, being a typical 3LDK where a Japanese family might live.
