The owner Nao is a very welcoming and very friendly person. The property has pictures and explanations for how to use everything in it so it was very easy to do what we wanted. Nao provides a free shuttle service to Kinosaki Onsen, about just a 10 minute ride. He also picked us up and dropped us off at the station once we left. The land around the property is also very beautiful as the beach is right there. Overall, I would definitely book this place again if I went back to Kinosaki Onsen.

Centrally located. It had everything we needed. We even bought and ate our own crab and they had all the utensils for it. Anything you could think of they provided it. The host was very responsive with questions I had and how to check in ect. This rental was large, spacious and clean. They provided us with yukatas and shoes to wear in the town. We were also provided two onsen tickets each which was lovely. Everything was in great condition and I highly recommend staying at this property. It was an affordable way to enjoy the luxury of Kinosaki onsen! Would definitely stay here again.

Wow. It was amazing. The perfect place. Smelled amazing too because of the cedar. The host even left us Christmas cookies! There was a Christmas tree set up! The details and personal touches were so well thought out. I loved that we were encouraged/invited to wear the shoes and yukatas(?) to the Onsens. It was lovely and cozy. We were all so impressed. The owner was so nice. It felt like you were staying in a pristine cabin. It was a calming and clean environment.
