Truly exceptional service, spotless clean, amazing host, great location, quiet, lovely flower garden, excellent kitchen supplies including an oven and blender, clean drinking water (very rare in Colombo!), good air-conditioning, great wifi, no electricity outages, near the beach and grocery store. I've traveled to 80+ countries and never stayed in a million places, and never had such great service. The doctor and his staff were so helpful and kind, ensuring the place had everything we needed and even added special touches like candles and lovely soaps. It has great energy and a wonderful, sophisticated book collection too!

Rooftop pool with great view nice staff and you can ask for coffee/tea refill and daily housekeeping rooms comes with a little terrace Also rooftop restaurant is a good value Supermarket next to the building

Kavin Homestay exceeded my expectations with its excellent facilities. I have stayed in many places, but this one stands out as much better than the others. I stayed for one day and cooked my own meals during that time. The homestay provided all the necessary kitchen utensils, which helped me save money and enjoy healthy food easily. The toilet and bathroom were very clean and well equipped. The spacious and comfortable bedroom gave me great comfort. In terms of security, the presence of CCTV cameras and a security guard made me feel completely safe throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my experience and plan to stay here again in the future.

We loved the apartment. We usually book hotels and this was the first time we booked an apartment so were a little apprehensive but were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean with great sea views. Ac and hot water worked well and wifi was good. For what we needed the location was also good. The rooftop was fantastic with amazing views and a lovely pool.

The caretaker was friendly and helpful. Easily accessible to Galle road.

Mahesa is a good communicator. He gave us very clear instructions before we got there. The caretake couple went out of their way to help us at all times. The apartment is beautiful with quality furniture & equipment. Exceptionally clean with all facilities provided.
