Hajar and the team were great in managing everything. This is the one place where we really felt at home.

I’ve been welcomed very nicely by soufian. We had some tea, also called „Moroccan whiskey“ and he gave me some good advice on where to go and what to do. The riad was amazing, and the Breakfast that was included was also very tasty - brought by a very friendly lady. I’ve spent a lot of time on my favorite place - the roof terrace - with the turtles. Thanks, I’ll come again when I’m in Fès.

This space is unique and truly spectacular. From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home. There's a sunny terrace and a beautiful garden full of aromatic plants where you can spend a pleasant afternoon. The room is spacious, with beautiful details on the floors and doors (as is the rest of the house). The sheets, towels, and pillows are excellent, and the shower is a 10/10! The entire house is very well maintained and clean. The location is also very good, close to many places to eat and walk. The best part of the accommodation was undoubtedly the treatment we received from Abdul, who welcomed us very warmly and generously. We really enjoyed spending time with him; he is truly an extraordinary host! I also highlight the flexibility they showed us during our checkout, allowing us to leave our bags and stay in the common areas until our departure to the airport. They also helped us book a taxi to the airport in the early morning, which was perfect. If you have the opportunity, book this place; you won't regret it. We hope to return soon!

Nice place. You can directly visit old town of fes and blue gate in few minutes. And staffs are always available and friendly. I recommend.

The location of the place was perfect, nestled in the heart of a bustling souk, it was truly enchanting and magical. The atmosphere felt like an oasis, and honestly, from the outside, you couldn't begin to imagine what awaited inside. Yet, what you encountered was pure magic, and the tranquility you experienced felt as though you were transported to an entirely different realm. The breakfast was nice I especially was very found of msemmen with honey, never tasted such honey. Muhammad's hospitality was nothing short of exemplary. Throughout my stay, he demonstrated an unparalleled level of attentiveness, consistently anticipating and addressing every need that arose with unwavering dedication. His genuine warmth and willingness to assist, always accompanied by a welcoming smile, made me feel not just welcomed, but truly valued as a guest. Under his care, I never once experienced a moment of feeling overlooked or neglected; instead, I felt embraced by his hospitality, creating an experience that surpassed all expectations.

Everything was perfect! The riad is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed – thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality! The location is great, close to the main sights but still quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

A great self contained property. We were only there one evening but the apartment was super clean and well equipped. Nice warm shower and a cosy bed. The staff were lovely and we had no trouble parking our car

Hicham is a great host, super helpful and kind! The breakfast was delicious, the room was cozy and the location perfect!

A large family friendly apartment well equipped with WiFi and heating and it also has an elevator. There was a lack of blankets at first but when we asked Mr. Aziz he provided them very quickly.

The apartment is nice for its price. The host is very responsive. The cameras are in the building and it would be better if there is a notice indicating the existence of the cameras.

I just want to say, that Karim, Ayoub and also Riham were the most welcoming hosts i have had ever in an Hostel. They are Kind, humble and just so sweet to be around. I actually miss them and talking to them about god and the World. they made my stay unique and i will come back for Sure!
