10/10 – Exceptional Hospitality and a Wonderful Stay We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The property is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the views are absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. What made our stay especially memorable was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Even though we arrived very late at night, they greeted us with a smile and helped us with everything we needed. We accidentally left our room key card inside the room, and despite the late hour, Mustafa kindly came to assist us and provided us with a new key card without hesitation. We are very grateful for his kindness and professionalism. We would like to give special thanks to Sevgi and Sibel. They were exceptionally warm, friendly, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Since we were visiting this country for the first time, they took the time to explain everything we might need to know, including useful local information and situations we might encounter. They also recommended wonderful places to visit, shared location pins, and suggested excellent restaurants, which made our trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. Their sincere hospitality and willingness to help made us feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful place with breathtaking views and outstanding customer service. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
