Sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa kanaalin rannalla oli meistä aivan ihana. Pienelle terassille löytyi huoneistosta tuolit neljälle. Varsin hyvin äänieristetty, vain ulko-oven luota kantautuivat äänet. Naapurihuoneistosta ei kuulunut mitään. Huoneisto vastaa hyvin kuvia ja kuvausta. Isäntä on hyvin palvelualtis ja ystävällinen. Avainten saanti sujuvaa.

Sijainti oli hyvä. Huoneisto hyvän kokoinen ja valoisa. Tiskikone oli plussaa. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja nopeaa ja henkilökunta oli hyvin tavoitettavissa. Avattavat ikkunat auttoivat ilmanvaihdossa.. Vehreä takapiha (näkyi ikkunasta) toi luonnon lähelle.
