The place was great! They let us check our bags in way earlier than we were supposed to andbthey were soooo nice about it. The appliances worked well and there was an AC and working hot shower. The are was very safe too! The owners were nice and it was near a 7/11 (5 to 10 minute walk). Overall, if given a chance, I'd stay there again.

The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood, with a few private parking spots. We found it very clean, very comfortable and the AC was already on when we arrived. The bed was comfy and the kitchenette was stocked with the essentials. The location is fantastic: our bedroom window looked directly towards the Puro bay. It was a bliss watching the sun rise on the ocean. We didn't try the pool but it looked lovely.

This is a very unique place to stay when in legaspi! It’s a little far from town but with the right planning for transportation it’s a very nice place to stay! The food here is excellent, and staff are very accommodating! Perfect views of the city and mountain!

Property was very nice, the view of the mayon volcano was excellent, very spacious, lots of air to circulate when the sliding glass doors are opened, temperature was nice and cool inside, don't even need a/c, just an electric fan when the doors are opened, the panoramic view of the city was awesome, comfortable beds, very nice living room, and overall amazing experience.
