The place was very new, modern, spotlessly clean and reasonably spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. There was parking onsite. It was about a 15 minute walk to the old town.

It looks like it is brand new (my stay was in Feb 2026). The house is very well equipped- there is microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and set of kitchen utensils. We even got a feeding chair for a baby. There is a separate bedroom with a comfy bed and spacious closet. Beautiful view from huge windows. Very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. All perfect for a stay of 4 people. Great for families with kids - lots of safe place to run around the house.

First of all - the owner is amazing. He's extremely nice and the communication with him was great. He speaks fluent English, which made communication very easy for me.  He also agreed for an early check-in in the exact hour we requested - which was two hours before the listed time, which was extremely helpful for us. Second, the apartment is amazing: it's a new, modern, and spacious apartment in a new building, in a very quiet location, which is close to the town center - 7 min by car, 18 min by foot.  It was clean and had all the needed facilities, which were modern and looked new.  The living room is big and spacious, with a big flat TV, I think about 60", and another smaller one in the bed room - which has a comfortable bed.  The air conditioning was fun when temperatures outside were above 30 degrees, and the modern LG washing machine was very useful.  We also liked the coffee machine that grinds coffee beans, and the lights with motion and light sensor (i.e. works only at night).  The bathroom has a big window with a curtain, and a beautiful small shower room with a build in small shelf in the wall for putting soaps and shampoos.  There is a big modern table with 6 chairs in the living room, which is comfortable for people who works remotely.  There is an Elevator, and also a lot of free parking next to the building.  This was one of the best apartments we had, and we hope to book it again in the future.

Very spacious, huge apartment on the ground floor with plenty of room for everything. It features a massive terrace that makes the place incredibly pleasant. The apartment also includes its own private, covered parking space, located right by the elevator. Since the apartment itself is also next to the elevator, loading and unloading luggage was super easy. The location is perfect! It’s just a 10–15 minute walk from the old town, and the view is great too—you can see the towers of the old town right from the terrace! The amenities were also good. Overall, it would be absolutely perfect if it were properly maintained!

The apartment was finished/decorated/furnished to a very high standard but still very comfortable to spend time in and relax. Equipped with anything you may need including a washing machine, microwave, full cooking facilities, air con, smart TV etc. The biggest wow factor was the huge terrace with unbelievable views across the Gory Pieprzowe and all the way to the horizon on a couple of sides and then you could see the tops of the buildings in the Old Town in another direction, just marvellous. There was also comfortable garden furniture to sit on and a parasol! Property was super modern and had a keyless entry on both doors, building entrance and the apartment itself. Located very conveniently on a ground floor too. We've been coming to Sandomierz for over 20 years and I think we've finally found our perfect spot to stay, thank you so much Apartment Anna 💖
