The huts are very cozy and comfortable, and they include TV and even air conditioning. Bathroom is very clean and smells fresh, and overall cleanliness is outstanding. The host was wonderful, he gave me suggestions on what to visit and gave me the opportunity to taste some delicious local products. He was very available for any questions or requests and made the stay more pleasant.

My wife and I (an Aussie and an Italian) stayed at Casa Nirvana for two wonderful nights. The property is perfectly pristine, with a tranquil garden which has a lovely koi pond. You wake up to the sounds of birdsong and roosters and a coffee made by the host. Tarzan and Mișa, the hosts’ pet dog and cat, are beautiful members of the family. The hosts, Sever and his wife Silvia, are possibly the nicest people you will ever meet. They really made us feel at home and did everything they could to make sure we enjoyed our time in this stunning part of Romania. No sooner had we arrived and dropped our luggage off in our amazing room with an equally amazing view, Sever took us to a pier and organised for us to take a sightseeing boat trip, which was great and is a must do. Silvia even gave my wife a pair of her shoes (their feet are the same size!) and a pair of socks so we could walk up to the viewpoint looking out over the Danube on the nearby Ciucarul Mare the next day. We enjoyed a lovely dinner (țuica, mici, mustard and beer!) in the garden kitchen with our generous hosts on our last night. A truly unforgettable experience. We will be back for sure. Mulțumim mult!

Location is beautiful, right by the Danube, wonderful view and vibe. Facilities are great (swimming pool, patio, bbq area with everything you need) and the hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean, again with a great view. We will recommend this to all our friends and family.

Superb little gem. Off the beaten track so very quiet. Fantastic views over the bay/river. 5 well-appointed cabins with air-con, fridges, showers etc. Communal kitchen has all you need. Very welcoming host, top site.
