It was just as advertised - lovely two bedroom apartment I. A quiet neighborhood! We really enjoyed the private patio area. The apartment is very spacious and excellent for a week or longer stay! Ana is a very responsive and gracious host!!

Waking up in the morning grabbing the koffie on the balcony watching the view. Also the breeze is very nice . The area is nice and silent close to the french border ( walking distance ),but hills. There are also some restaurants close by also on the french side there is a minimarket where you can buy fresh croissant and baguette . You can park your car safe the parking on the property is adventurous. Overall a fully equipt.appartment also liked that there was a laundry and very nice place to stay.

The Black Palm is an exceptional property. The room was so well appointed and designed. Liz was AMAZING! She was so helpful, checking on us when we arrived from the airport and were delayed in traffic, and also when we traveled to other nearby islands, to make sure we were okay. She shared tons of local recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. The view from the room was so beautiful and great to watch the sunset each night. The area is safe and had a security gate to enter. There is a lively restaurant and beach nearby. The area of Indigo Bay is very peaceful and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle of Saint Martin. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and how beautiful the room was!

Very spacious and clean! Loved the outdoor seating and 2 hammocks to enjoy the constant breeze. Very well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. It was interesting to see the cruise ships at the port from our terrace. Location was good in that we walked to an excellent dinner at Chesterfields and the next morning walked to the port to catch the ferry to St Barths. The host was very helpful with directions as our taxi driver had a little trouble finding the apartment. Overall an excellent choice and great value for our brief stay in Philipsburg!

Thanks to the funny - sweet french boss Rose and to the nice Belgian Wally who welcomed us cordially, my friends and I had a very good time, a beautiful 2-storey apartment, all well-kept and spacious, a nice garden decorated with various plants gives a nice atmosphere. In a quiet place, the view is spectacular on the beach and the port where cruise ships attract, the pool on the edge of the sea is delightful, centrally located and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars, I fully recommend Villa Rose to anyone wanting a nice holiday in peace with enough space.
