Everyone working there was very kind and helpful. Fatma helped me get some medicine and order food when I got sick. There were several bus stops close to the buiding which made it easy to get to the other parts of the city. It was nice to have a kitchen and place to boil water for coffee and tea.

Excellent customer service from the start of our check in, the staff in the kitchen, even it was our fault for misunderstanding of the time of breakfast, they still prepare it for us earlier than they suppose to.
