La situació de l'apartament és excel·lent, es troba al mig de l'estació central amb tres estacions de MRT, trens de rodalies i d'alta velocitat, autobusos urbans i interurbans, infinitat de llocs per comprar o menjar i alguns centres comercials. Lloc ideal, còmode i pràctic per moure's per la ciutat i rodalies. Inicialment resulta una mica complicat trobar el lloc perquè l'estació és immensa, però el noi de recepció va ser molt amable i ens va venir a recollir quan ens vam perdre, després l'accés és molt senzill. La mida de l'apartament és gran, amb una bona taula per treballar o menjar. La neteja és diària. Disposa d'alguns estris per escalfar menjar, així com per rentar la roba.
