My stay at Modern 4 & 5 BR Townhomes Minutes from Downtown LA was incredibly comfortable and peaceful. The unit was spotless, well-organized, and had all the essentials I needed. I loved being so close to Mariachi Plaza and the vibrant eateries along 1st Street. It made exploring Boyle Heights feel effortless. I would definitely stay here again.

The whole house was modern, very clean and comfortable. Everything was well thought and arranged. It was equipped with everything we needed. It has two bedrooms with their own bathroom. It's a plus. It has another bathroom in the living room. It has free parking car in the yard. The host, Shukai is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend!

Location was convenient to everything in Pasadena. A short walk to Old Town. Very comfortable king bed. The check in process was fast and easy. We were also able to check in early. Dedicated parking spot made the stay stress free during the busy holiday.

Awesome host, location, bed, tiny things like a super soft bathrobe, wireless chargers, plugs next to bed, USB plugs, small fridge. The hosts really thought about everything. It's a beautiful old Hollywood home that's worth visiting. Definitely one of the best experiences ever. Would recommend to anyone looking to explore LA for few days or more.

All the facilities were immaculate and organized. At first sight, the room looked higher than rated. The mattress was soft and clean. The restroom was spacious, and the hair dryer was much better than many hotels. I also love that they mostly have USB sockets everywhere so that I can quickly charge my phone next to me! The breakfast was also excellent. I love the crispy sausages!
