Self Catering Accommodation in Berkeley

The clerk who take care of check-in was super professional -- really excellent. The housekeeping people were always polite and careful. Lourdes, in particular, really excelled. All personnel was impeccable and highly professional, including people helping at breakfast. Breakfast is included and a lot of fun with the waffle stations. The fitness center is well organized an open 24h. Berkeley downtown BART station just a few steps away.

Beautiful, quite and picturesque neighborhood with all the required infrastructure within 10 minutes walk; 30 min walk to Berkeley; 30 to 45 min by car to any place in San Francisco. The house with it’s own unique character, early XX century vibe, beautiful and well-kept garden. Nice and cozy bed, bathroom with natural light, own pathway to the house as well as own patio. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Comfortable and clean apartment. Good facilities. Excellent location close to Bart and Target in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication from host.

Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Spacious.

This is a beautiful house in a quiet street in Berkeley. We had the Maple suite, it was clean and comfortable. The house has great character, it’s so much nicer to stay in a place like this rather than a hotel with no soul in my opinion. There’s a small communal kitchen if you need it. We never saw another person during our 2 night stay.

Nice house in nice neighbourhood

The house has everything that one can wish for. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry and a flat screen TV with high speed internet. The location is close to Berkley and shops and very convenient.

Great place to stay with family to visit SF. The BART is 10min walk - safe area - also car parking was ok (on weekend), washing is possible, friendly helpful contact, easy self-check in, spacious place.

The place is well decorated in a cozy way.

It's a lovely little cottage with 3 double bed size bedrooms, which was perfect for our party. Off the street free parking, which is great as a car is defo needed to see the city. The hosts communication before our arrival and during was brilliant, which made our stay all the more enjoyable because it was so hassle free and everything was in order.

The house is perfect. It’s comfortable and well equipped. The landlord is so nice and give me a lot of local tips. There is a parking on the street.

Really friendly staff, lovely garden, and very comfortable room
