Loved the Host! Katy is the best host that I have ever had. Responded immediately to any question that I had about the property. The property itself was clean and well stocked. You pretty much don't need to bring anything! Even had a welcome basket for us with some goodies (coozies/water/granola bars). Katy thought of everything. I cannot say enough about this unit and Katy. Very clean and spacious. Lots of balconies too! I will be coming back another day in the future -- when it's warmer -- so that I can enjoy all the amenities that the unit has to offer (pools/hot tub/workout room, etc.).

The place was extremely clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You also couldn't ask for a better location being right on the water for the sound and right next to the Wright Brother's monument. Also having a pool, lazy river, and splash pad for the kids was a major plus.
