Self-Catering Accommodations in Ninh Binh

Super chill and relaxing. Big swimming pool with nice views of the mountains

I would like to thank the Trinh family for their help and wonderful traditional Vietnamese hospitality. One of the best bathrooms I've seen in Vietnam, a warm, atmospheric room made of bamboo wood and a wonderful view of the mountains in the morning. A wonderful area for walks. Tasty and nutritious breakfasts and a very affordable price for budget travelers. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

My stay was excellent! The room was big and clean, the host was so nice and the breakfast was great as well!

The service was excellent. They were very kind, helpful in getting us transportation and accommodating in all our requests. Such as getting us scooters and doing our laundry - all at reasonable prices. Breakfasts were delicious and made when it suited us. The location was far enough away from the main drag so that it was quiet, but also close enough to the central area to walk back and forth with ease.

This wonderful property is located in a quiet valley near Tam Coc Wharf, with many restaurants and bars just a 5 minute walk away. The room was cozy and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Good size room, everything clean, great breakfast with many options, very nice families who own and operate, excellent communication, lots of helpful amenities inside room, on site laundry and moto rentals. In a quiet alley still very close to the main road only a few minutes walking.

We had a fantastic experience staying here. Being a homestay, it was a very different vibe to a usual hotel, as the owner Nam was super friendly and proactive in helping us with everything from arranging car transport to buying all the attraction tickets for us. Super convenient, saved us hassle, and we felt very well taken care of! The rooms themselves were as shown in the pics. Of course it's not the fanciest place but it was clean and homely and great value for money. There is also a very affordable laundry service, of which I really enjoyed the scent of the laundry detergent. The homestay itself is very conveniently located. It's within walking distance of the Tam Coc central area with various restaurant options, but more importantly, it is right next door to (1) a very decent massage place that serves fantastic snacks and (2) a cafe that does a great coconut coffee. You have to travel a bit further to the tourist-y attractions, but even then it's only around 15 mins by car.

I had the best stay here. The whole team are so helpful and friendly and can not do enough for you. The rooms are spotless modern and mine was particularly spacious. Breakfast was simple but more than enough and even had some extras given to me to try. The location is great. 5 minute walk to the Main Street where there are plenty of places to eat drinks and have a good time. It is close enough to have a good night out but far enough away to be extremely peacful. I loved it here and would 100% stay again.

The couple was so sweet! It was so peaceful and the room was gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious 🤍 I paid a small fee for my laundry to be done and it came back smelling so good, thank you so much 🙏

I liked the accommodation, starting with the warm reception of the host family on our arrival, the amenities were fully working from the water heater, the air conditioner, with a percolator to make tea for your selves. The breakfast was fulfilling with a wide range of options of juice, toast bread, pancakes, eggs and fruits and the bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The accommodation is close to the tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.

Great value, good wifi, solid air conditioning, and nice hot shower with Greta water pressure

I only stayed for the day because I needed a place to rest before my overnight bus. The woman who checked me in was very kind and provided me a comfortable room for a very affordable price.

The hotel is very well located, quiet and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the staff was very kind and helpful! Delicious breakfast too :)

We love our stay at Cometa Villas. The Villa was very nice, clean and we'll maintained , bed was comfy,.The staff were welcoming especially the owner Hang Nga.i would definitely book again soon for longer days..

The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and transport. Breakfast was simple but fresh and enough to start the day.

The location is convenient for exploring Ninh Binh, with Hoa Lu Ancient Town and local restaurants nearby; The apartment was clean, tidy, and well maintained; The self check-in process was easy, and the instructions were clear.

Absolutely recommend. This is a wonderful homestay. The owners are truly caring and kind. They were concerned about my safety during the typhoon. I came in late at night and they were welcoming, kind and enthusiastic to show me the room at 0100. The rooms were exceptionally clean and large. I enjoyed the view of the gardens from the large windows. I was able to use a bicycle to sight see in the area on a beautiful day. There is a nice clean pool to use also. When sadly it was time to leave, Kevin assured I got to the train station safe and timely. The owners are genuine and their hospitality was exceptional.
