First of all, the fact that the property is located in Jambiani is a great advantage for tourists, as it is both a safe and well-developed area. From the very first moment we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed with warm smiles, and we were extremely satisfied with the staff’s attentiveness and the quality of service. They were always helpful, incredibly kind, and genuinely friendly. The design, comfort, and spacious living areas of the residence we stayed in made us realize once again that we had made the right choice. As an architect, I was particularly impressed by the hotel’s common areas, landscape design, and the circulation relationship between the buildings and their surroundings. The architectural approach of the property was truly impressive in terms of both aesthetics and functionality. The architect behind this project has done an outstanding job. I would also like to express special thanks to the hotel manager, Mara. She was an incredibly sweet, caring, and elegant person. She took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. We would also like to sincerely thank the team for the surprise birthday celebration and room decorations prepared for my cousin, which made us very happy. It was a truly thoughtful gesture. We greatly enjoyed our time here and truly grew fond of everyone. We hope to see you again soon.

Our stay was amazing, and I can't wait to return. The place is less than one minute from the beach, and the rooms are clean and well-kept; the pool that is shaped like a river makes the place even more original in its style. When you are at Bila, you feel a sense of peace and relaxation, and honestly, it just feels like home. A big thank you to the staff for the amazing stay. Would 100% recommend for couples.

Very beautiful and clean room, amazing breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. The pool was 2min walking distance and also very beautiful. We mostly ate at the Bar next to this property. Very convenient. In April it was a very quiet place. But my kids (3, 6yo) loved it.

This tiny little hotel is simply wonderful! The house and garden are beautifully designed! We booked the hotel for three nights, spending a week on Kilimanjaro, then one night at the hotel, followed by a four-day safari, and then back at the hotel. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. The owner is a very nice and friendly woman! She even made us a delicious breakfast at 6:00 am! We will definitely come back and recommend this lovely hotel 100%.

Our stay was an absolutely beautiful experience — everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were professional and well-trained, and the villa itself was new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was organized with great attention to detail. There are lovely restaurants and resorts within walking distance where you can enjoy a nice meal or drinks, or you can simply stay in and order delicious artisanal food right to the villa. The entire place is peaceful and calm, and the beach is clean, serene, and blissfully quiet — no crowds or noise, just pure relaxation. An unforgettable and truly amazing experience. We had a villa with 3 bedrooms all very big and with nice view to the Memwbe island the 2 in the first floor. The stuff is very efficient and kind and it takes only 700 meter to the beach! We had also a pool which we used and it was just fine!
