My driver from the airport dropped me at the back rather than the front of the property by the F&B and I was approached by 2 local men who tried to 'helpfully' take my case and for the first time ever in Saudi felt very uncomfortable - I reported this to the staff when I checked in who immediately sent a team member to investigate and upgraded my room by way of an apology.

The place is probably in the best location if you are visiting Riyadh Exhibition Center, which takes around 35 minutes by car. This would take more than an hour if we had stayed in the downtown. There are convenience stores nearby. Highly recommended place and owner.
