The place was perfectly clean, service quick and professional, great breakfast, great location, honestly it was ideal and the size of the apartment was more than enough.

The staff were super polite, especially the reception. We arrived on my birthday, and they upgraded our room for free and even brought us a cake. It was such a nice surprise! Breakfasts were tasty and varied, with a lot of options to choose from. The rooms were very clean, and I especially want to mention the housekeeping team — Mehdi, Asif, and Manik — they did an excellent job and were really dedicated to their work.

My husband and I stayed in Avani as part of our honeymoon trip. We ordered balloons & Prosecco as an add on to be set up in our room when we’re checking in and got some complementary cake also! The set up was so lovely. The room was unbelievable, we had a superior 1 bed apartment with sea view and the views were incredible. The room was so clean, the housekeeping was great and in general it was so well equipped with all the bits that you may need. The staff were incredible; always friendly and gave us advice any time we inquired about something; Honestly everything was just absolutely superb, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at! Would come back 100%

Suites include a balcony, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate living area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. All suites are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Amazing location in Dubai Marina, awesome infinity pool, polite staff, big modern room and quality amenities. The breakfast was also delicious, with nice views of the pool and the marina.
