Located in Sevan, Rancho on Sevan beach by HV offers accommodation with seating area. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. We checked in quickly and without any problems after 6 PM. The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car.

It has everything you need, warm blankets, kitchen, washing machine, proper shower. It was clean and tidy. We were two people but you could easily be four. Very friendly and helpful owners. The owner was super helpful and friendly though it was hard for us to communicate, he didn’t speak English well and I can’t speak Armenian nor Russian, but he still tried his best to make me feel comfortable.
