This was one of those cases when both the apartment and the hosts exceeded all expectations. I booked this place for my parents — they are still active, but already of respectable age — and thanks to the exceptional support from Tanya and the host Walter, their visit to Innsbruck became a wonderful, stress-free adventure full of impressions. Even while my parents were still on their way, Tanya arranged and sent them a QR code for free use of local public transport — it was incredibly convenient and helpful. Upon arrival, Walter met them at the building, showed them where to leave their luggage and offered a cozy lobby with coffee to rest while waiting for check-in. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed. The additional option of a fold-out bed came in handy — for older people it was really comfortable to have the possibility to rest on separate beds. The location is easy to reach from Innsbruck main train station, and all main tourist attractions are nearby. Beautiful view from the window, and the hosts stayed in touch throughout the stay.

Situated in Innsbruck and only 1.6 km from Ambras Castle, Appartement Bärhof features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The apartment was lovely and very cozy. Eating in the dining room with the views of the alps in the background was truly amazing. The town, which is a short drive or bus trip from Innsbruck, is conveniently located across the road from a pizza/pasta restaurant, a little cafe and a supermarket. The host, Maria, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions promptly and met us at the apartment for check in, giving us a wealth of information about the area, including bus tickets. We'd happily stay at this apartment again when in Innsbruck. We were very comfortable here.

Absolutely stunning and super comfortable place. Very walkable to the center of the city. The property is only 15 mins walk to almost everywhere. Checking in was super easy and host made sure that everything in the property is in order, neat and clean. Diana (host) also gave us towels for free when we asked for them and was very informative for every silly question we asked her about the nearby places. We will be back again in the same place.
