Highland Cabins and Cottages at Bronte Park offer self-contained accommodation in Bronte. Free private parking is available on site. Way better than the photos, our lodge seemed freshly renovated! Exceptionally friendly lodge manager, and the house dog is so cute! The area is full of wildlife, we totally enjoyed it. The stay at Bronte was one of the highlights of our trip to Tasmania.

Cradle Mountain Highlanders offers secluded cabins on the edge of Cradle Mountain National Park. It provides convenient, self-catering facilities and is a 5-minute drive from the park’s entrance. This is a very sweet cabin nestled in the forest with amazing animals all around. We were visited by pademelons and black currawongs every morning. Very comfortable beds, very clean, warm and comfortable, reception staff welcoming and helpful and attentive, super close to transport bus to park and information centre, so relaxing and cozy. We loved it!

Big comfy bed, super clean room, beautiful view in the morning, and we even saw a sky full of stars at night ✨ The apartment had everything we needed. The host was incredibly thoughtful — they put a double mattress on the sofa bed and even left us snacks and milk. The shampoo and shower gel smelled amazing! We booked breakfast late, but the host still gave us credit for it. Great service and a great experience overall!
