Easy to pick up the keys following the instructions. We arrived in charleroi in a cold period, and in apartment was warm , with tea envelopes left by the owner. Wish it was a longer stay. The place is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for a family of four. The instructions and information provided were clear and complete, allowing us to do everything completely on our own without any difficulties. The apartment exceeded our expectations: spacious, beautifully decorated, and with a cozy atmosphere. The cleaning also deserves praise—impeccable in every detail, creating a very pleasant and comfortable environment for all of us. Definitely a place we recommend and plan to return to!
