Bay Premier Suites by SSVC is situated in Kota Kinabalu and has a pool with a view and mountain views. The room is really nice with a Japanese (?) style. It has a tiny balcony (no space for a chair), a small kitchen and super big comfy bed. There is a pool you can use, a self-service laundry outside down of the building, the check in in super easy by simply getting the code to the door by WhatsApp.

The instructions on how to access the key and apartment were amazing, as well as how to check out. Thank you for the efficiency. We loved the apartment so comfortable and well appointed. It was in a great location with so many local food options around, and only a 15minute walk to the Waterfront & Kuching town. We hired a car for our stay and having parking available was wonderful. If we could give 10 gold stars we would. Thank you for the hospitality, we are looking forward to coming back and highly highly recommend as a place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay! The owner was helpful & responsive. Location was perfect for sightseeing.Room were clean equipped with comfy beds and had all the amenities we needed. i highly recommend it!

The view is indeed Marvelous! Loved seeing it at all different times of the day. Loved being able to walk along the waterfront path to the main area. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. The host was wonderful- with excellent communication. I would definitely recommend this for your stay!
