A very nice spacious 3 floors chalet with great private amenities such as sauna room and jacuzzi. An astonishing view of the alps. I really admired the details of the place; its antique and well accommodated decorations.

We spent a wonderful week at this accommodation and truly enjoyed every moment. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the start. Our room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We especially appreciated how warmly our dog was welcomed. The bus stop is only about a 7-minute walk away, which was very convenient. If we return to Livigno, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 🐾🏔️

Situated in Andeer, Appart Hotel Pitschonia Self Check-In is a recently renovated accommodation, 7.5 km from Viamala Canyon and 41 km from Lake Cauma. Hotel Pitschonia exceeded our expectations during our week-long bouldering trip to Magic Woods. As climbers, we needed a comfortable base after long days on the rocks, and this hotel delivered perfectly. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond by offering mid-stay housekeeping service during our extended stay, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. The elevator was a godsend since the last thing we wanted was to haul heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The bed deserves special praise – it was so incredibly comfortable that I found myself sleeping over 8 hours each night, which is rare for me, especially when traveling. After physically demanding days of bouldering, this restorative sleep made all the difference in our trip. Hotel Pitschonia strikes the perfect balance between comfort and practicality. Whether you're visiting Magic Woods for climbing or exploring the area for other reasons, this hotel provides everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We'll definitely be returning on our next climbing trip to the region.

Great location, close to the old town and close to Bormio ski. Wonderful hosts who were available and helpful when we contacted them. We loved the apartment which has all the amenities you need and is very comfortable. Also close to a great supermarket. And free parking on site. We would definitely stay here again.
