És un hotel molt ben situat, en una zona tranquil·la i a tocar de l'estació de tren. L'habitació era enorme, dividida en dos ambients: un saló amb sofà llit i taula de menjador i un llit molt gran i còmode. L'habitació tenia 2 banys complets. Disposava d'una petita cuina molt ben equipada. El balcó era molt ampli, amb vistes al Matterhorn. L'esmorzar era molt variat i de bona qualitat. El personal, molt amable i atent.

It had 2 rooms fully stocked kitchenette, with everyday items all taken care of. The view from the chalet was very good. Liliana was perfect host. The location of apartment was very near Kandersteg train station, grocery store as well as the cable car to the lake. We will definitely consider staying again

The road up is a typical mountain road with narrow, winding sections, so drive carefully. 🏡 Our apartment was clean and well-maintained. The bedroom was very comfortable – the bed was great, though the pillows are quite big and high, which might not suit everyone. 🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped, but a few items are a bit worn – for example, the potato peeler was rusty. Also, note that there is no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, so make sure to bring your own. A funny detail: if you need extra toilet paper, you have to request it at reception and pay 0.50 CHF per roll. 🧼 Overall cleanliness was very good. There was a bit of dust in some areas – maybe the apartment hadn’t been used since winter – but towels and linens were fresh and clean. 🚗 Parking is available, but it’s paid. Getting from the parking lot to the room was a bit confusing – we had to switch between three elevators – but you do receive a map with instructions, so don’t worry too much. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 There’s a small play area for kids with a lovely terrace where parents can relax and enjoy the view. It could use a few more games or toys to make it more engaging. 👀 Our room didn’t have a direct view, but that wasn’t a problem – the terrace offers amazing scenery, and even the walk from the parking lot gives you incredible views. 🤝 The staff was polite and helpful, though not particularly warm – they could be a bit friendlier. 💸 Overall, the value for money was very good, and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape with all the basics covered.
