The view from our balcony to the north was enchanting. Mountains, goats, helicopters, paragliders, and sunrises. Quiet. No noise. Nothing disturbed our sleep. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant cheese list. Indeed, not every five-star hotel will have such quality breakfasts. Amazing heated pool, various saunas, hydromassage. Spacious, comfortable room. Cleaning every day. It is really useful to have a full mini kitchen where you can have a snack in the evening before going to bed. Central location. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, supermarket and other transport links to visit all the beauties of the resort. We were enchanted. Thank you to all the staff of Arca Solebad and Spa. This is the best place in Zermatt.

Hotel Pitschonia exceeded our expectations during our week-long bouldering trip to Magic Woods. As climbers, we needed a comfortable base after long days on the rocks, and this hotel delivered perfectly. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond by offering mid-stay housekeeping service during our extended stay, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. The elevator was a godsend since the last thing we wanted was to haul heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The bed deserves special praise – it was so incredibly comfortable that I found myself sleeping over 8 hours each night, which is rare for me, especially when traveling. After physically demanding days of bouldering, this restorative sleep made all the difference in our trip. Hotel Pitschonia strikes the perfect balance between comfort and practicality. Whether you're visiting Magic Woods for climbing or exploring the area for other reasons, this hotel provides everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We'll definitely be returning on our next climbing trip to the region.

This was the perfect stay for our first couple of nights in Switzerland. The ride there from Geneva had many scenic views. Since it is remote, it is much quieter than tourist destinations. We took a nap on the balcony our first day, falling asleep to the sound of the goats’ bells, and enjoyed the views during breakfast. Katja was a great hostess, welcoming us warmly to an incredibly clean home. She was knowledgeable and helpful, providing us with a binder of activities covered or discounted by the guest card. She even showed us the best spot to view the cow parade, giving us an up close experience without the crowds. Overall, if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and relax in a place that is untouched by tourism, this hidden gem will provide you with an authentic Swiss experience.

Chalet Apartment Les Balcons Enchantés offers accommodation in Charmey, 48 km from Train station Montreux. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Dream place, dream night. All was great. Thanks a lot. We had a problem with the keys. The box was frozen so we couldn't hand in the keys but the Owner was super kind and fast to solve our problem. She drove in the middle of the snowy night and found solution. Super one.
